annies instant nuke

is anything going to be done about annie? you guys changed so many champs because they were to easy ex, rengar ryze veigar and others i cant remember but your keeping annie the same...she has an instant aoe stun whenever she pleases and a q on a 3 second cooldown when shes farming in lane not to mention it costs no mana when killing unit? I feel like some people are ignoring the elephant in the room with her. not saying shes op or anything but its very easy for her to do a ton a damage. like can her ulti be her throwing tibbers into the air and when he lands he explodes cause they would be great. i feel like its either run away or get flashed stunned on and its not like its not going to happen its just a matter of can you guys survive annies tibbers until you throw down on a banshees or headband p.s have not fought annie in a while but always didn't think it was fair to see everyone else skillshotified
