is anything going to be done about annie? you guys changed so many champs because they were to easy ex, rengar ryze veigar and others i cant remember but your keeping annie the same...she has an instant aoe stun whenever she pleases and a q on a 3 second cooldown when shes farming in lane not to mention it costs no mana when killing unit? I feel like some people are ignoring the elephant in the room with her. not saying shes op or anything but its very easy for her to do a ton a damage. like can her ulti be her throwing tibbers into the air and when he lands he explodes cause they would be great. i feel like its either run away or get flashed stunned on and its not like its not going to happen its just a matter of can you guys survive annies tibbers until you throw down on a banshees or headband p.s have not fought annie in a while but always didn't think it was fair to see everyone else skillshotified

Her stun is hugely telegraphed... if she has it up, be ready for it... she's also immensely squishy and if caught is dead.

R: Rod of Ages is considered core on Annie. Abyssal or Arm guard built afterward offers decent resistances. Rylai's is also an option. Annie has built in resistance on her E. Saying she is immensely squishy is an immense overstatement.

W: Most Annie Players know that charging 3 stacks on her passive and then using E before combo eliminates the issue with telegraphing it.

Q: She does lack mobility so she can be caught out and positioning is important but that holds true to so many champions its more of a general statement.
