Can we remove the "unskilled" from non-ranked games

Normals for me are more of practice and in all honesty it's OK to be unskilled.

Tl;DR : Remove unskilled from normals

The "unskilled" report is a noob trap that devalues any future reports you make, from what I've heard. You can't be punished for being reported as unskilled.

unskilled is meant to be used on players that have more Elo than they should.

If Riot acts on an unskilled report, all they do is lower the player's Elo.

I don't see why it should be removed. Everyone should be matched vs. players at a similar skill level, and if there's reason to act on it and it's acted upon it's a win-win. The unskilled player gets games at their own skill level, four times as many players above that skill level don't get that player below there skill level.

They actually are removing it. It's currently only a placebo report option. It was initially introduced to help matchmaking be more accurate, but it's pointless now and will be removed when they revamp the report options.
