So the Fiora changes are in the right direction...

But they do not address the overbearing problem. All it would take to tone fiora down to a balanced spot is drop the refresh rate on Vital's in the early game. They respawn far to quickly in the early game which is why she dominates. she hits one and 2 seconds later another appears, if it is in a promising position she just continues wrecking face. Give people time to react or do something inbetween Vitals and the domination will be brought in line.
