Comet is underwhelming.
Even had 1500 ap with Veigar, still only did 500 damage lmao. So, taking into affect that the average mage gets around 600 ap, it's doing like 230 damage, not including mr, so 115.

The only thing underwhelming about it to me is that it's avoidable.
It honestly is, much better to take dark harvest which cant miss and works on towers
doesnt the cooldown get reduced for every single spell cast?

Trying saying it's underwhelming to champs like karthus or someone who spams.
It's a good trading tool in lane if you can land it properly with a slow - (Swain Q, Xerath W) But yeah - in Late you stop caring for it entirely.
