The Only Ryze buff I want to see

Think about a one use E-Q of . This is to make his damage over teamfights fluid. You can get your all of our combos shut down because of a plant, a minion, a monster, anything that can block Overload.

In Teamfights it would open things like Q - W- E - E - Q(Target), E - Q - W - E - Q, W - E - Q - E - Q, but wouldn't make Q - E - W - Q - R - Q still overpowered (1st Q is still an skillshot).

This woldn't make lane problematic W - E - Q(Target) would still deal less damage and root less time than E - W - Q - E - Q, both beign skillshots.

And making Q not beign able to be leveled at 11 would help (So we don't forget to level up ult!).
