Botting on Twisted Treeline

Every game has at least 1-3 bots in it on Twisted Treeline. They never chat during the game, wont answer questions. always take heal and ghost, and have scripted code when to use their summoner spells.

It's easy to spot a bot because they will always ghost at around 15% health, have no distinction whether or not they are in turret range and will use their skills randomly. For example: this one Tahm bot kept ulting right when I would engage him in any way....Tahm's ult isnt even a combat ult. he just opens his mouth to ult and then closes it to continue the fight. Please Riot do something!!!!
