It's on twisted treeline with my 3's team. We ended the season in Gold 3. We went 5-0 in our placement matches..... aaaaaand Silver 2. Rito plz
and the last 2 teams we went up against were all plats. i don't get it.
attacktheother11 votes??? I don't see how this is a problem. If you made it to gold 3 then you should be able to easily climb back into gold. And Maybe even try to improve yourself and get to plat or diamond this season.
DarkxLord1 votesWhy even have placement matches at all then? If Riot is just gonna push everyone down a tier or 4, just forego the illusion that going undefeated in a placement match is a good thing. The inherent problem with Twisted treeline is that you don't face teams of equal rank when climbing. When you win 5-6 games in a row, you'll hit a team of all diamonds. We did this multiple times. in one of our promos to get into silver 2 last season, we were up against 2 diamonds and a plat player.....to get into silver 2. I say all that to say, climbing back to gold 3 eats up so much time and that starting at least close to where we left off by killing-it in the placement matches seems fair.
