When will Jinx be actually nerfed?

Trap change didn't do anything.

Why not do any (or more than one) of these?

  1. Make her only get her passive on a champion kill, no assists or structures.

  2. Reduce her range (max rocket form range maybe 600-625, have it start at around 400-425).

  3. Increase rocket mana cost (20 mana is nothing outside of lane, maybe 30 or 40 would actually do something).

Problem is despite being 'immobile' she has way too much range to the point that it isn't even a problem unless your team is like Riven, Rengar, LeBlanc/Lissandra, Twitch, and Leona (pretty much five divers). Rocket form doesn't cost enough in teamfights or anywhere outside of the laning phase. She's also far too consistent (you should be able to completely snowball on her like pretty much every other hypercarry early). I'm also sick of seeing her every game/having to ban her out.

uhh once they feel they've made enough from her legendary skin...? Then they'll dump her with ashe

I think her main problem is her Q design wise, her minigun gives her early dueling that means even as a hypercarry late game she still can kill you at early stages due to attack speed buffs and combine that with her Rockets being overloaded as hell and thats jinx.

They need to take off the 10% bonus on rockets, for something that is AOE auto attacks to be doing more than a single target auto attack something is seriously wrong.
