Why are these two marksmen allowed to win teamfights without using a single autoattack? Their abilities are just too overloaded. Jhin just has to root someone then Curtain Call. MF just has to press R, sometimes E.
Also, is MF getting nerfed anytime soon?
Personally I like that there is such a variation in ADC playstyles that should be encouraged rather than smacked down.
I guess you don't remember when MF's ult was dealing like no dmg after lvl 6... There was literally no reason to pick her at all for years.
Learning to dodge would help. Or in the case of MF, just interrupt her ultimate?

You are losing to the rest of the team if these two aren't auto attacking. The MF ult is effortless to get out of when it isn't combined with hard cc, and Jhin ult actually wont do anything without follow up. They aren't having any more impact than other ADCs, it's just in a different method than auto attacks. If you have a problem with that, maybe League of Legends, with over 100 champions doing unique things and not just right clicking, is not for you.
I will have you know, as jhin if you ult in the middle of a teamfight you are 1. not doing as much damage as you would if you just attacked, you are simply utility. 2. if they get remotely near you, you are instantly dead. Jhin's ult finishes up teamfights, it is not a continuous stream of tons of damage like some marksman I know.
MF isn't played that much for her to see a nerf, and Jhin takes some skill to use in team fights.
The MF Q 
combo can straight up one shot people. She doesn't feel much like an ADC with the way she deals her damage honestly.
When the assassin class rework comes around, flat Armor Penetration as a stat is going to be reworked into something less feast for assassins or famine and less desirable to ADCs. The work on this stat and the items that offer it is going to be a big help in bringing these ADC builds in line.
Youmuu's Ghostblade is also losing it's attack speed component so as to focus it for assassins, and Maw is going to lose its Armor Pen so as to focus it into a more fighter-centric item.
