A suggestion for Garen's spin
ACTIVE: Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds, losing the ability to use basic attacks but ignoring unit collision and dealing physical damage「 in 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 spins 」 to enemies within range for the duration,
- Base damage changed to 10 / 12 / 14 / 17 / 20 from
14 / 18 / 22 / 26 / 30NERFED increased by 33.3% when damaging a single enemy.** REMOVED**Has the ability Critically Strike** REMOVED**- Applies on-hit effects now ADDED
- Lifesteal on Multiple Targtes is only 33% effective ADDED
- Devourer doesn't interact with Judgement ADDED
Discuss would this be a good change? I think so since it would remove his reliance on crit and allow him to benefit off items like Titanic Hydra which were intended to be used on him. Maybe additionally his base damage on spin could be lowered as well to compensate for on-hit effects like Botrk and Hydra since they would add considerable damage. It would allow him to scale off items and not levels.
Edit: please read, his Spin's isolation damage of 33% wouldn't be there on top of his base damage being lowered. It would mean people can no longer build him BC -> Full Tank because of his low base damage.
