Learning how to draw has improved my hand-eye coordination
Despite my gaming break due to working at a warehouse all summer (don't ask), I've noticed my hand-eye coordination in games has improved. It's particularly noticeable in Overwatch, as I'm somehow able to use Widowmaker more effectively than a cardboard player and my Solder 76 play is starting to feel like a proper dps.
So, this might be a stretch, but if you need a little more leverage to climb or just plain play a little better, consider picking up sketching, drawing, or some other fine art. It might improve your coordination enough to speed up your APM while retaining better accuracy, rather than merely relying on Twitch reflexes and risking incorrect inputs.
Not to mention it's a great stress reliever and far more creative of a hobby than playing video games. Who knows, you might even enjoy it!
