Nautilus can cc off just autoing. Leaon have a ton of cc for one player not aoe. Unless you land a god ulty then maybe. Poppy? Aumum will love it 2 but not like nautilus ekko?

It it just any cc though that includes all of leaons bs. Poppys e w and ult And ekkos q w and ult apply a slow/stun OH GOD... tank ekko is proboably coming back ;-;

They removed ekko passive slow so that kills tank ekko Leaon still will be better with bond of stone unless the shield is brokenly high. Also I don't think it will work with slows Ashe is still a thing

Rito mentioned that based off of the number of enemies around the target you stun, the shield can get quite high.

Getting a 5 man ult with cc every one on them having 4 teammates and there self so 5*5=25 So if it gives 100 hit 2500

I think more Logically maybe 50 instead of 100, but either way, it is going to be amazing. A lot more Malphite, naut, Sejuani, Amumu :)

They also announced that the new Keystone is only for hard CC, so slows will not trigger it.

There is 30s cd. Also it does not require to cc multiply enemies, it counts enemies aroud you while you land cc.
