how is it fair to have a garren go full ad, get to silence you ( if your a mage ur already half dead and cant fight back for 3 seconds) then spin to win kill you? and stop you from fighting back? o and if you do go tank, he still repeats above and still kills you?? And if he went full ad he can still kite, and heal back up from said fight??

Seeign as peopel are lashign at me let me add this here. I was a midlaner garren was top, my main issues is that he can go full ad dive udner tower and insta me. Even if i cc him or try to as swain. due to his silence and inate high scaligns

It's fair because you can kite him. Don't let him get on top of you, which means use your CC before his silence lands and don't just stand there and face tank him.

Garen beats most squishies in 1v1's, but because of the simplistic nature of garen's kit, it's pretty easy to tell who would win a trade between him and someone else.

In other words, you messed up all on your own.

He has a few really hard counters, and if you get mallet at some point he's basically useless late game because your entire team will just kite him.

Because in games where that description actually occurs, the Garen built full ad and was massively ahead.
