Kat health?
Can someone explain to me where Kat gets health back from? I don't play her and I need to know.

Mastiers can give her spell vamp, and restore 5% of her missing health on kills and assists. Some items can do similar things.
unless she builds a spell vamp item or takes life steal or has health regen or health pots, she doesnt.
