I certainly wouldn't get LDR first overall compared to something like runaans which is traditionally your first major complete item (maybe ghostblade although I dunno if thats a thing since lethality). (ETA: Looking into it a bit, some people will rush BoRK as a first item, but it seems relatively uncommon.)

As for which of the two to build first relative to one another, that'd situationally depend on whether opponents have been building armour.
