just a thought but your imput can be helpful. I liked the old one better but it is what it is if riot wants to change it or nerf it so be it then

Pretty sure ADCs being garbage has nothing to do with infinity edge.

Adc's were actually really good with infinity edge and the old essence reaver in my personal opinion they need a buff maybe some new items or something.
