Since you guys in the illuminati have hextech in this game I want to make a deal with you to balance the game out and make it fair for me and other spiritual people add octtech into this game. Oct tech is heavens technology 888 seal technology. I would also like to see boot enchamenta and spellvamp come back. I also would like to see more heavenly creatures in this game some characters are seraphims like devil teemo or Gnar. Others are archangel like Kayle. I want a new type of ability in this game called heaven affect where you can heal use powers etc. Like ap and ad or tank etc. But you don't have to call it heaven affect. I'm going into game design too I would love it if riot could hire me after I get out of college ;).

Nope I want to be a good leaguer and I'm just making some suggestions. I have no clue about what the new meta as far as runes go I've been gone for 8 months and I've become a prophet of Synfia my Godess. She wants at least Oct tech in the game and I do too. I want to join Riot games too I'm being serious.
