So I get trolled by a guy in top lane. Throws the game on purpose. Happens all the time right? Then after I report him I get him on my team in the next lobby and he does the exact same thing! Its like riot doesn't give a shit! They are more worried about people being kind and nice which is impossible when people throw on purpose. So I'm looking for a new moba where the company and the players seem to care. Any suggestions?

let me tell you from my experience
nor riot nor any company can simply stop this without going hard on the players ... and they dont want to scare them away
not so long ago i started playing cs:go theoreticaly it was fine but its a fact that you dont want to play cs go without 5 man premade team it has voice chat, honor system, report system, vote system and all this stuff that lol players want to have or work better but the thing is that all of those things i saw abused to backfire
im playng good not to notice the best score in my team by far, only one surviving in our team and trying to win the round (happens suprisingly often since i dont jump into enemy crosshair often) ... suddenly team is voting to kick me becuase they wanted me to go diferent route .... all the russians scream at me making it hard to play ... but thats ok i proceed... i commit to fighting which doesnt go so good because im outnumbered, suddenly rusians scream for me to save my weapon for next round and more vot kicks commence blah blah blah hate allower the place because reasons
what is suprising that those vote kicks always have more than one person backing them up, meaning that someone on my team is on the same level as the screaming russian with anger management problem ofc not to mention that next round i either get shot by one of those guys or get a flashbang to the face ... even if 50% of entire teams doings are done by me and those guys just die to whatever they find
the toxicity is not something that you can demand riot to fix, because its in human will to use anything that they will give to us in toxic ways since its a team game pairing random people together ... either get used to it or get a team of friends (thats how it was actualy meant to be played )
league has the best community, dota is way more toxic
If you get paired with a troll -- a known troll, someone who trolled you the last game and threw the game through intentional feeding, griefing, etc., etc.
Dodge the game. Just do it. In past seasons, I never dodged. Now that I've started to, I've found I avoid a lot of the trolls. I have a notepad file where I keep the names of actual trolls, not just bad players [as in, people who use racist, homophobic, or other slurs -- or buy zeals and run into the enemy towers.] And I just dodge games when they are on my team. Sure, it means I get put in time out -- but the game was going to suck anyway.
