I would actually pay a monthly fee to play ranked if riot would actually make it a competitive pool of players. There is no difference in ranked and normals except ranked might actually have more trolls and unskilled players than normals. People play up to level 30 and gain no beneficial knowledge of correct game mechanics or rotation. It's a joke
iHpmYr3apC2 votesNo. Riot is making money off skins, making pay to play for ranked would drop the playerbase by a lot, I'm bronze 4 and climbing out and I could eventually get really good at league. But if riot made ranked pay to play I would easily just leave and go play Dota. This is a bad idea no offence
