@Riot Context for Hecarim Nerf and Lack of on Fizz

I'm very upset with the Hecarim nerfs; mainly the removal of his passive. I don't see it hurting his jungle too bad but it hits his top lane pretty hard. I could fill a dump truck up with salt over this. The only way I'll feel better is if it gets removed from Fizz and Kassadin. At least Fizz. Though I could see you wanting to keep this passive on one champion to keep it exclusive and unique.

I'd rather it be on Kass to be honest. His theme is a mobile anti mage. The collision makes most sense on him.

Because they don't rly have any valuable passive, Hecarim does. Kassadin 's passive weaker than a normal mr/lvl , Fizz 's passive also a joke, probably help against minion aggro on the lane, but thats all. You can't remove heir only valuable passive. Minion block need to be fixed. The nerf on Heca's passive won't be huge however his base hp nerf will hurt a lot.
