Summoner Spells

I'm not sure if there's any plans to mess with them that I'm unaware of, but to my knowledge they've been basically left alone for an extremely long time now, aside from very minor changes, while it might be unpleasant to try to figure out what to do with them, I really think they need an overhaul. A little more than half of the spells do get used, but that's really not good enough, Ghost is very rarely used, mostly only by champs that thrive on speed or are lumbering slowpokes without it, but that's not the main issue, the big issue is that Clarity, Cleanse, Revive, and Clairvoyance are NEVER used, except maybe at low lvls by people who don't know better. I mean if they're just such useless spells that no one EVER uses them, they need to just be taken out, or changed, simple as that.
