Does anyone still see random Rioters in games?

The last time I saw a Rioter in a game that wasn't planned on forum(that I know of), was years ago(2+, can't remember) on TT, and at the time I didn't know that having Riot in your name meant that you really were a Rioter. Of course I get that there's probably plenty of people who have never seen one in a game, as the Riot to player ratio is heavily unbalanced, but still would be nice to see em. Getting a random game with one of em is like randomly spotting a unicorn in the wild :x
