Revamp monster hunter to nerf jungle instead?
So we all know jungle need s a nerf so they don't live in lanes starting at level 2 cough Camille. But i personally think the changes they want to do are the wrong way to go about it. Currently there's little punishment for spam ganking and not farming do to the amount of xp a jungler gets taxing lanes and such. Nerfing the camp xp isnt going to all of the sudden make junglers want to get less xp from lanes, and instead increase the amount they want to gank and be in lanes to get more free xp.
The changes i'd like opinions on are what if monster hunter the debuff to stop funneling became a permanent thing with a jungle item?
Make the debuff this: Monster hunter - Owning a jungle item applies monster hunter to the owner. Monster hunter Reduces the amount of gold and xp by let's say 50% from minions (Kills and assist xp could also be adjusted if catch up xp from them still proves to allow camille sit in your lane forever) While increasing the amount of xp from jungle camps by x%.
The numbers are just place holders, but i believe this would work because it adds more reason for junglers to interact with each other rather than laners. First you gain more xp for camps meaning counter jungling is worht it again, Which translate to more jungle v jungle not jungle v lane. Less xp from minions and gold makes it much less viable to just spam gank without any punishment. Second this helps adjust the jungle meta and allows farming junglers a chance to play the game before the enemy spam gankers snow balls all lanes, while alos letting junglers with bad ganks still interact with the other jungler in invades and getting caught out instead(Shyvana comes to mind).

Tl;DR Use monster hunter to give junglers a reason to %%%%er jungle rather than only gank.
