Can Nasus get the Ryze treatment?

Nasus is pretty much the only top lane left that completely stagnates the lane and has few counterpicks that work since he is like Zed and can easily farm under his tower, His slow is basically a guaranteed gank if you aren't close to your tower too. Can we reduce the amount of stacks he gets per Q, or give him a new passive, or not have his Q scale with his passive, or have Q not work on towers. Something's gotta give - his Q is too good.

It feels terrible to win your lane against Nasus and have him still be a factor because he WILL eventually outscale you by the midgame with his massive sustain and ability to build full tank. There are no build choices, it's always which both synergize amazingly, on top of having MR and armor covered no matter what. Honestly if they just changed his passive, or its interaction with Q, he would be fine.
