Riot please fix Jungler Lane Gold Debuff

While the debuff was introduced to stop gold funneling strategies, it poses another major issue.

Instances you are in a 4 v 5 due to any reason, the jungle can no longer double as a laner till the issue is resolved.

Why can't you code the debuff with the following logic:

IF AlliedPlayers connected equals exactly 5 for Summoners Rift THEN **Enable **existing Gold Debuff ElSE Disable existing Gold Debuff.
