Why?!

Why am i a Bronze 4 (I think) but teaming up with silvers, golds, and even plats (assuming the enemies are same)? like im bronze for a reason... then i get reported and yelled at in game that im int feeding when i truly am trying but i just cant seem to do anything... even when i simply farm in turret. Like im truly about to stop playing cuz im playing normals to get champs to lvl 7 and have fun... not deal with skilled people who i obviously cant face.
