Im not saying hes broken or weak.... im asking a simple question... im curious to see what people say... i think hes unfair for multiples reasons. vote then comment below your reasoning. im curious Edit: To make the few people happy.... disregard the parenthesis.... don't wanna make anyone's panties get in a twist. He's fair. His skill shots are pretty rough to land. He has no mobility. His early game is pretty weak. But he gets bigger as the game drags on.
I've never been a fan of the "ticking time bomb" champs like 
(only difference with Trynd is he obviously doesn't stack off minions.) There should be a loss of stacks or something upon death. Not just "Oh it's 25 minutes in? K I'm strong now. Coming to delete people."

Yeah a little bit unfair but he is extremely low mobility with only his stun for defense so it's not outrageous. I do think he needs some tweaking. For the amount of damage his ult does, it should be a skillshot. Or make Dark Matter a channeled ability. I don't think I have a problem with his damage, but I don't think he should be able to burst you as quickly as an assassin and with a non-skillshot ultimate if it deals that much damage.
I'm a one-trick Veigar in ranked ONLY, and I can say that he is broken from the player's perspective and balanced from the enemy's perspective. 90% of the time when someone gets stunned by Veigar's E it's their fault. They can easily walk through it or walk back in it to not get stunned.

Veigar is literally weak bad-tier.
early game he has no mana, and his abilities are fairly telegraphed
but as the opposing mid laner, you have a lot of responsibility in dealing with him in lane. There is nothing more that I love as a Veigar player than having a passive laner.

He's fair. Learn to build a little MR when playing against him - there are MR options for everyone. Most mid laners could just go mercury treads in the matchup and be mostly okay.
Why is there so much arguing? All i asked was a simple question and provide reasoning... This discussion is all based off of opinions. If someone has the opinion that hes unfair, broken, etc... then that's their opinion... that doesn't mean start telling them why they're wrong.... you're more than likely not gonna change their minds expect start an argument or make someone feel like shit.
He is fair in most point, except his passive, wich made me choose unfair. His old passive was gaining AP on takedown or minions farming,wich is fine. But his current passive bring him free AP just by hitting his spell. Ok.. seems odd, but the thing that bother me the most is that it make veigar support a thing because before you had to kill minions so you couldn't really because farm go to Adc, but right now you can because, you only have to hit stun on enemy laner, and harass them constantly and boom, 20 minute marks you farmed a good chunk of AP and become a second AP carry that can literally one shot the enemy AD carry. His passive need to be reverted. Getting free AP just by hitting spell on enemy champion MAKE Veigar unfair.
