If a team can now surrender at 2 minutes in with an afk.... why not bump us to front of queue?

I had an 8 minute queue. Then it took around 3-4 minutes to champ select before our last pick dodged. Another 5 minutes passed before I hit the loading screen. The load wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. After the game loaded, nearly a minute and a half passed and minions spawned. I managed to clear a wave and hit tower once or twice against no one. Then they surrendered 4-0.

6 minutes later, I found a second match.

Why make us potentially wait 20+ minutes for nothing, just to have to wait 5-10 more in queue? I understand why you implemented the 2 minute surrender. I love it. Why not bump those who are in that kinda game to the front of the queue?

TL;DR bump people who are in 2 minute surrender games to the front of the queue.

you can't just "bumped to the front of the que." that's not how the system works. being in que isn't like waiting in line, it's more like actively searching for specific people in a crowded room.
