But this also means that pre-game reporting is currently not under the radar as a development priority. However, they are working on a new honor system and hopefully a report card system.
You have the screen shot submit a support ticket under general questions. Word it is this behavior acceptable with the attached screenshot without the summoner names blacked out. Riot should respond but wont tell you the outcome for privacy reasons.
