Is there any adc thats actually viable against them at this point? Every game I've played for a while my team has just been destroyed by a jhin or lucian. I've stayed away from summoners rift cause of it for a few days. I personally don't find lucian fun and jhin is just so boring to play now cause of how strong he is with stormrazor now. Are there any champions good against them, I'm just so fed up with them, i miss the days when tristana and vayne were everywhere.
For Lucian MF works really good and so does Caitlyn even though I dont recomend her because she's kinda on the weak side.
No, they are disgusting and unfun to play against, they deals to much dmg and got to much mobility for any counterplay
Um, on the contrary, if u lock down jhin, he ded man. Any root, or stun can kill him if your team can support the cc. If not, then chip him down. Lucian, is another mess. Search up on YouTube Derank by Dumbs. The Lucian Part at the end describes how op Lucian is.
For Jhin you want to take a champ who either can perma shove him in or can poke him out at a farther range also having inbuilt sustain/ shields help since a lot of jhins damage is his 4th bullet % missing health
(shove/poke with q and poke with head shots, use traps to limit movement)
(E to avoid w and later to prevent auto, w for out ranged poke and r for last minute shields in 1v1)
(poke with e and q wait till late game and try to make big plays)
(little troll but that blind is a pain to deal with)
(q to shove and poke and r allows you to keep pace with him in the early/mid game)
(only if you can land the skill shots on him)
(in built cc and you can r his 4th bullet)
For Lucian you need to be able to either out duel him (hard but possible) or you need a tank to lock him down 
(high synergy with tanks plus popping power on allowing her e to stack) (still troll but that blind hurts him even more than jhin because if his combo stops he dies or is useless until his cds come back naturally)

Had times even in adc meta where was hella strong and were Trash Tier , Won against me because simply they are lane bullies that usually supposed to insta win the lane " usually " Like Panth , Darius , Renekton in Top , or Zed , Fizz in mid , they usually fall a little later
However if your support picks the right champions , you can win against them easily
but she needs Bug fix
is pretty decent against them
From ad carries , usually who are lane bullies and can outscale them easily
While Jhin becomes annoying in late game and becomes hard to catch , but he has no real Aoe Dps , and can easily gets outscaled by

as for Lucian , he really falls hard at late game , actually any adc in the game even the weak ones can out scale him , even the Garbage tier ad carries , he still can be a burst ad carry in late game but he completely lacks Aoe
And don't forget , that Lucian and Jhin are mostly strong against squishy enemies , they are not the best Option against tanks , imo that's one of the things why they are Strong rn later in the game on , is because Tanks aren't popular lately , Let your Top laner play Something like Sion/Maokai Top and let them suffer while you play Jinx safely Auto attack with a real front liner
