sea lions

Since its okay for riot employees to tell people to people to "fuck off and sea lion somewhere else" I'm assuming this is a safe term to use in game to provide friendly banter against the other team and promote competitiveness. Can someone help me find out? Cause I mean rioters set the example for the game and if they can do it so can we right?
