A SERIOUS, but minor change to runes I'd love.

RIOT'S RESOLVE CHANGE If you take it for Primary or Secondary, your passive stat gain will be split HALF of what you'd receive in AD/AS and half the HP you'd gain if you were take Inspiration and Resolve for your rune choices.

Can we do this to ALL the runes, BUT, also make it so it IS A CHOICE between getting the full buff from the primary stone or, the 50/50 from each?? Obviously Inspiration gets the middle finger on this, due to the nature of its runes in general.

But seriously, can we do this, with the extra feature of making it a choice?
