Things are better but I still get the troll ruining games whether and making me lose. Such is the Bronze life.

Both work, but if your lanes are doing decent and they have a passive jungler then devourer is a good thing to go. Try it out in normals and see if you have success, it's a situational item of course but it helps his

deal out more burst dmg

Only thing I should warn you is that you should build a deadmans or some defensive item for the late game

You should also rush a cdr item after like Black Cleaver/Death's Dance/etc for that juicy ult

Both are an option. I already rush black Cleaver, Deadmans is my main armor. But like I said things are much better.

And for the people who downvoted this for no reason, look at the game team stats. One of my losses the top lane Cho kept feeding Nasus. The other one was just a feeding troll team. B5 life.
