Cause last time i check garen cant do shit so of course they are buffing him and the buff he took are late game focus when the top lane now days end at 6 minutes cause herald is so stupid easily to take and the enemy jg picked olaf/lee sin they took herald they dive your ass lane is over and you still try to farm the 50 minions you need to get the extra buff he took...GTFO dude..
