urf makes me turn off the chat (otherwise i'd get banned)

i just had a nunu who refused to use any of his skills besides q. i told him 3 times to spam e cause its op. he keeps refusing to use his e or his w. he keeps dying and then goes "stop wanking you fuckface and help me" i tell him "only for you: for the 4th time USE YOUR E NOONE CAN HELP YOU IF YOU DONT USE YOUR SPELLS IN URF!" team proceeds to call me toxic for not helping nunu. now im the bad guy because i dont wanna waste my time when i play for fun and i got a troll?

this is a level of stupidity that i didnt even encounter in bronze. im so glad for the ability to disable my chat because this stupidity, i just cant stand it and i would be chatrestricted by now if i wasnt able to turn off my chat.
