First game into gold 3.

3 of my teammates are on a 3-4 game losing streak and raging at start. 4th is a SILVER 1 adc, who had 18 cs at 8 minutes.

Enemy team? All gold 4+

It is okay bro. You got Gold 3, just remember and I think your learning/catching on. It does not matter how high on the ladder you climb because you will never reach that magical division that you stop getting trolls/afkers/feeders. They exist everywhere even in Challenjour!
