Ranked system

I have been grinding non stop ranked in an attempt to get bronze and no matter how hard I try i get to series and lose immediately. Could you please set matchmaking protocols to maybe put people in a series together so that maybe the rest of your team gives a shit that the game matters and isnt just another ranked game. I could be on a 5 or 6 game win streak get to my series and lose immediately. It's so self defeating to work this hard and again have nothing to show for it. I'm not the best player but I am sick of being stuck bronze 5 no matter how hard i play.
