Get rid of mobility AND utility? Do you want champs that just do damage? Sounds boring.
they need a proper solution that isn't as bad as the creep itself. if they start making less mobile champions, people won't play them, if they reduce mobility, people will start bitching and leaving the league, if they make champions with point and click hard cc, people will feel cheated of choice when its used against them.
