Skarner Getting Nerfed....

This is not a nerf. It is a Kit Rework. Skarner's identity has been called into question and no one can agree on what the Crystal Vanguard actually is. With these new changes, Bruiser Skarner will fall off to give way for a tankier, more disruptive fighter that can actually stick to a target. Pay attention to what we're giving up for. True damage stun that can proc every 6 seconds, stacking movement speed, and an ultimate that can actually do damage with a smaller cooldown. It's pretty wurf.
