Daily Reminder That Being on Purple Side Makes the Game MISERABLE

Seriously... getting a melee champ on purple side Howling Abyss makes me want to AFK, it's just pointless. Camera position is plain awful for being at the top half of the screen.

I prefer being on purple side, since that means my team has a higher average MMR, and are probably more likely to know how to last-hit.

You people are crazy, purple side always had map advantage.

When I queue with my friends we get purple side 95% of the time. I've grown accustomed to it and it really doesn't bother me.

Riot was working on an option that allowed you to flip the map.

... they canceled it cause THEY couldn't get used to it during the 1 game they played with it.

I agree, being on that side is so annpying with the hud in the way. Harder to see ganks and waaaaaaaaaay harder to hit skillshots. I think it should be so we can either A. Rotate the screen or B. Move the hud to the top when on the purple side.

They need to make it sideways with the river running down the middle. Soooo much more simple...

I wish they would work on it, but they would basically have to remake the map because the would have to show almost every angle for everything on the map.

Well, from what I remember, they fixed this in the new SR map.

I will never understand to this day why they dont just turn the map on its sid so that the points of the map are pointing up and down purple side sucks when you have to fight with your camera the whole game

I had thought about what could help it, and then I thought about being able to change where the camera locks relative to you. What I mean is by holding [BUTTON] you could change the focal point of where the camera is, so you could lock it so that you are at the top of your screen, and the camera would still move as you moved.
