"Guaranteed one of your selected roles because you played Support or filled recently" yeah but aren't i gonna get them anyways? and even if i did pick Fill again i'm still going to get one of my roles, wouldn't it make sense to give them their primary role? the secondary is just there for not much reason other than choosing another lane you can do. but it doesn't make sense that we are guaranteed one of your roles since you are going to get one of them whichever way.

It's the new Autofill system they implemented not long ago.

Only affects <1% of players when in Bronze/Silver. But it's a big deal when in Diamond+.

Basically when queue times are huge, the matchmaking forces you to play on roles you didn't select. For example you're queuing Top/Mid but you get Jungle after a long queue.

When you fill or play Support, the next queue you go into will guarantee you the roles selected. You'll also get your roles if you are in Promos.
