Best and worst overall champion kits?

This isn't including the effectiveness of the abilities, but which champions have the overall best kits in general.

For best, I would personally go with Jayce, since he has quality damage, escapes, initiation, and an incredibly useful knockback.

For worst, I would go with Twitch, since his passive is honestly useless in most situations, his Q has too long of a cast time in and out of combat, and, his W and E could be combined.

So what are your best and worst champion kits?

Well this is a hard choice in my opinion. I'm actually byass towards humanoid champs. But I know whoever created Rek' Sai was genius. I feel like he builds too many tunnels but never the less he's very fun to play against and look at (I dont own him). Yasuo is also another champion who has a good feel when playing him. Sion as well (though I dont agree with his knock up, and he seems a little squishy for him to be a juggernaut.) Lee Sin of course.... Jax, Akali, Zed..... and I love the creativity put into Morde and his Resource bar. Maaaaaan, there's a crap load of good ones. But as for the worst, I'd say Taric, Shen and Aatrox (as mentioned by Riot) need a little help, they're a little boring. Tryndamere is also getting a little dull. And Ryze may need a Ratio fix. I know all the champs aren't made to hyper carry but I personally feel like some of these Original champs, especially that boy Ryze needs to be looked at.

Rek'sai is actually female, couldn't you tell from all the random noises.

I was actually trying to poke some fun at how Riot kinda played up the fact that Rek'sai was the first female monster champion that we've gotten in a long time, even though the only way to actually that she is female is to read up on it.

Do you mean best as in strongest by design?

Thresh is pretty damn stacked for a support.

I think Riven has a really reliable and super interesting kit which is why i play her so often. For worst kit, that has to be either Sion for being really weak and running out of mana all the time, his passive also needs some buffs like gaining 30% extra tenacity, but recently i'm starting to find sion stronger once you play him enough and learn some of his combos(yes, he has combos) or Tryndamere for being the most boring champ besides Garen and Karthus

Olaf in all honesty probably has the worst kit in the entire game. He is a giant ball of stats, and that about it. The only times he actually has to make choices is when to stop spamming axes and actually dive in, and if Ragnarok is needed for this situation.

Urgot more broken kit rito nerf plz

LeeSin weakest kit 0 damage early game rito buff lee plz

o ye i forgot this is actually most weakest RekSai 0 damage can't 1v1, anyone hardest champ 2 play, sht clears, 0 mobility, true damage is sht, and lowest win rate.

Garen is boring but has a buttload of utility in his abilities. His ability that cleanses, gives him a speed boost, AND silences without mana cost is absurd. He has a damn practical kit but he suffers from bruiser syndrome so he falls off.

I know you didn't want effectiveness, but I think I need to mention Ahri. She has a charm and an ultimate which gives 3 opportunities to chase, and an ability that does true damage. She gets a good bit of utility that most super high burst damage mages don't have, without sacrificing any damage.

Thresh obviously has the best support kit. Escape for your ADC, slight defensive buff on the lantern as well. Peel. Hook. Slowing cage.
