Whats with the karthus resurgence?
I've been seeing a lot of his videos pop up on youtube and people picking him in game. Did he get a recent buff or something?

ReshiKillim1 votesNope. He's actually getting indirectly nerfed by one of the new assassin items that's going to be coming out, so I think people are trying play him before he gets weaker.

ReshiKillim1 votesI can't quite remember the name, something like Edge of Night irrc, but it's active was a 1.5 second channeled spellshield that would create a spellshield that lasts for 10 seconds and has like a 30 second cooldown currently on the PBE (Not a PBE tester so can't give totally accurate numbers for the item). Though taking damage cancels the channel, Karthus's ult has a 2.5 second channel time.
Which lets anyone with the item block it.
