PD VS Shiv on Yasuo

While the Shiv gives you some extra burst damage and 1% more movespeed. You can get 100% with just the PD and IE without having to take crit runes vs 80% from Shiv plus IE. Plus the PD gives more attack speed which means you lower the cooldown and cast time of your Q more. Is the PD worth it to get over the Shiv now?

I think people prefer getting the runes anyways just because they're nice to have in lane; and shiv is a perfectly fine first item for yasuo (especially considering it builds out of a gp/10) whereas PD isn't

Taking all of that into consideration, I'd say shiv is still better
