Irelia needs a toning down.

Compare Trundle to Irelia Irelia has: True damage autoattacks, able to outtrade a laner at most any time A resetting dash with 100% AD scaling, proccing the full effect of trinity force, and also having bonus damage on top of that. A stun that lets you get a HUGE advantage even if the tides are equal Long ranged sustain poke (not much of a problem). High sustain most parts of the game.

Trundle has: AD reduction and boost, able to outtrade a laner at most any time An extremely useful piece of hard cc, able to let a skilled player destroy even a ranged top laner Noticeable movement speed/attackspeed/healing buff Low, scaling to high innate sustain An ultimate which allows Trundle to destroy an enemy by reducing their stat differences.

Irelia does what Trundle does but does it even better. She can duel with pretty much the same reliability as Trundle. She can land a 2 second stun on people if they are higher health OR EQUAL to her health, allowing unfair trades at the beginning of what seems to be an equalized lane (both full HP). She has sustain on every autoattack, albiet low in the lategame (unlike Trundle's), makes a huge effect on her laning phase and allows her to always stay on top on trades. It's not just Trundle. You can list any melee toplaner and Irelia can pretty much be able to beat them just in kit details. This isn't even talking about item scaling. I tried not to exaggerate power without exaggerating the other's power so I think it's a fair argument.

PS: I'm not going to bring up ranged toplaners because they're cancer.
