ive seen most of these champs once. ive still never seen a galio. i think these champs need buffs but riot never buffs them. who thinks riot should buff the champs nowone plays. just like a 1% boost on base stats. name your champ which really needs a buff
Lord Dusteon2 votesThere is a reason some champions aren't really buffed. Poppy for example has an extremely toxic kit, and until her rework is finished is unlikely to get any buffs.
firsttimerop6661 votesI'm not saying major buffs just mana buffs because I played these charecters and manas. Real issue. Yorick anivia Elise. Poppy I agree is op but she has suck a low win rate and is sooooo vulnerable to cc with ought the hyper carry. Skarner isn't as good as a yi and only offers pick potential. Yorick does have some qualities but super high mana costs. Karthus is ok but you can push waves fast, huge mana problems and you just die and do about20% of they're life per team fight. Very hard to 1v1 with him. Gallo sucks vs ad champs and honestly needs a buff the most
