Nocturne Passive Buff?

Nocturne's passive is pretty underwhelming right now, and it doesn't really do anything late game. Can it maybe heal for a percentage of his max health?

Not for max health. With his passive attack speed plus any you buy, Nocture would just have to build HP/tank and you would never kill him.

Right now it is a static 10 cooldown (reduced by 1 for each auto attack) and heals for 10 / 18 / 26 per enemy hit. Maybe make it 15 / 30 / 45?

Max health heal seems pretty broken.

Although it would be pretty cool if Nocturne could get some slight mana cost buffs. Otherwise I think he's great in solo queue.
