I recently bought Elise, and I really like her a lot. However, she is extremely difficult to play, and I'm not so sure if devoting myself to learning her is worth it. She falls off late game, and she falls off hard. What should be my incentive to play her over better scaling junglers? I have heard that she is very fun once you get used to her.
Her early game clears are really good (not as good as they were at start of S4, but still good). Late game she only really falls off if you build her to fall off. Find the niche in your team that they need. I build her Assassin early and tank late. I honestly haven't tried her against the new dragon / baron so not sure how they go without team (she used to be able to solo both with her spiderlings tanking.
She really needs buffs. She's as bad as Evelynn and yet everyone is crying out for help for Evelynn, yet nobody wants help for Elise.
Because everyone remembers the spider dropping on their heads at the start of S4 and insta gibbing them and their heads still hurt. She needed tuning. She was just over tuned.
I really just think that there are plenty of other junglers who can do everything she does but better :/ and carry harder
