Question On Leona and Blitz
This is more for curiosity sake, but I've seen these two popping up again a lot in Silver, up until about a week ago they were non existent. Is there any particular reason why they reappeared, or is it just coincidence?

Blitz can be good against some of the more popular adcs right now. Champions like Jhin, Ashe, and MF are not very mobile and would make for easier squishy picks.
Leona is probably a similar situation with lethality builds she presents a tanky option that can throw out a ton of CC on non-mobile champions.

Knight's bow got a vuff, so I could imagine seeing people trying leona again to test it out.
