I was in this game where of course can't deny it my team was kinda crap but I was just observing one player, it was a Pantheon.

I saw him how he used his stun when his passive was up (If you didn't know his W stun brings his passive back up)

I told him the same thing just for a little tip to help know more Pantheon and climb that ladder, what do I get?!

I thought his passive can stack up twice, once from from the shield and after 4 autos or enough time passes

it resets if you stun 1st

Yep, but the previous stacks do not disappear. So the best strategy is to get it to 3 stacks, stun, then you get a new block right after your block is taken.
